24/7 production at lower costs
The workshop is Costampress’ operating core where moulds are constructed. The company strategy that reduces production costs and makes COSTAMPRESS competitive with emerging countries is to only use technical personnel during day shifts.
They prepare and optimise equipment which, unattended, launches production at night. This way, still working 24/7, COSTAMPRESS cuts labour costs to keep up with the competition.
